SoBow

A new condo community in a historic neighbourhood

 

SoBow was a rare offering—the creation of a new and distinct multi-building urban village within Inglewood, Calgary’s oldest community. In terms of audience, inclusivity was paramount. By design and price, the condo development was attractive to all who were drawn to an inner city life.

SoBow’s branding was created to be inclusive, personal and definately non-traditional for a real estate development. There was no stock photography and cliché copy. Instead, buyers were invited to view SoBow through their “own window” and experience a customer journey that made use of a gaming app, a responsive digital wall and a “build your own condo” product experience. Using historical research we created custom content, purposeful photography and directed a unique illustration to build up a community tapestry reflective of the Inglewood neighbourhood. The sales centre and its customer journey were tactile and customized—allowing potential buyers to imagine themselves enjoying a highly personalized home and community.
